For walk-ins, the flow is simple and fast. Visitors tap to begin, enter their details, pick who they’re meeting from your directory, and confirm. Inside time-stamps the entry and shows a clear confirmation screen. If you enable photos or legal acknowledgments, the app guides guests through each step without staff involvement. When the check-in completes, the host gets a notification right away so there’s no hunting for people or calling around. At the end of the visit, guests tap their name to check out, and Inside records the departure automatically.

Pre-scheduled meetings run even smoother. Hosts invite guests in advance; Inside emails a unique QR pass with arrival instructions. On site, the visitor holds the QR code up to the iPad camera, the app recognizes the pass, pre-fills the form, and finishes any remaining steps in seconds. Returning guests can reuse their saved details, and you can issue an exit QR so checkout is just a scan. Front desk teams get live visibility into who’s in the building right now, who they’re meeting, and who’s on the way. Use the dashboard to filter by date or host, export a CSV for audits, and print a same-day roster for security or facilities.
